Service Areas

Fort Myers sits in the middle of our service area. Across the river we coat floors in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers, and to the east in Fort Myers Shores, Buckingham, Lehigh Acres and Alva. South along the US 41 corridor we cover McGregor, Whiskey Creek, Cypress Lake, Villas, Iona, Harlem Heights, San Carlos Park, Gateway, Three Oaks, Estero and Bonita Springs. On the islands we work on Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Pine Island, and to the north we travel to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Babcock Ranch in Charlotte County. The floors are not the same everywhere. Island and riverfront homes sit very low and many flooded in 2022. Canal homes in Cape Coral and Punta Gorda often store boats in the garage. Inland areas such as Lehigh Acres have newer homes on higher ground, and parts of North Fort Myers and Iona have many manufactured homes and older slabs. Each community page explains what we look for there, so you know what epoxy floor installers should check before quoting.
